Forest Heights Pharmacy gets a stars from me. Everyone there is professional and friendly. My prescriptions are always ready for me. They've gone the extra mile to call my doctor when a prescription has expired. Katie (i hope I got her name right) took time to speak with me about a compound prescription. She was so knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the process and answering all of my questions. What a gem she is. I highly recommend Forest Heights for all of your Pharmacy needs.

Always so professional nice and quick! No waiting hours for medication like big chain pharmacies!!! We have to keep hometown, family owned pharmacies in business!!! Forest Heights is the place to go! They are great and the service is truly unbeatable.

Wonderful local pharmacy with friendly employees and nice pharmacists. Love their drive through and messaging system for when prescriptions are ready. The Rosses are super supportive of local schools and sports, too! Just great people all around and a wonderful pharmacy.

I’ve never liked chain pharmacies because the staff working at them don’t usually know who you are. I can assure you that’s not the case here. The staff here treats you like family instead of a customer that they don’t recognize and probably won’t see again. I’ve been receiving my medication in their premade bubble packs for 2 1/2 years now and they haven’t made any mistakes during that time. That’s around 1,900 individual doses at a 100% accuracy level. They know my particular preferences and don’t even ask me any more how I like things done. They also know the particulars required in dealing with my GP and know that when I need a refill of a prescription it takes longer than normal to get a response from his staff so they start working on the refill several days before I run out. All in all I can’t imagine a better pharmacy in the area. If you don’t choose them to do business with at least look into some of the other independent pharmacies around. The level of care and service you’ll receive will be much better than any chain pharmacy.

I have used Forest Heights for at least eight years now and they are the best in town!! The entire staff has always been so kind and always has a smile on their face when I walk through the door! They are super quick when filling prescriptions as well I have never had to wait on my prescriptions they are always filled and ready when I arrive. I love to shop in there as well 😀 I highly recommend this local pharmacy to anyone in town you will definitely not be disappointed!
